Accessible Washrooms

Part 111 of the Disability and Discrimination Act of 1995, effective from October 2004, requires all businesses and organizations providing public access toilets to make their washroom facilities accessible to disabled users. This means ensuring that less able people among your staff and your customers can use your washrooms without difficulty.
