New Chairman, Chief Executive and Corporate Development Director for Rentokil Initial plc

On the morning of Thursday 20th March the Board of Rentokil Initial plc announced to the market that Chairman, Brian McGowan and Chief Executive, Doug Flynn, were stepping down with immediate effect.
The decision for them both to leave was based upon recent profit warnings specifically linked to our parcel delivery business City Link.
Stephen Long (Senior non-Executive Director) subsequently announced the appointment of three new executives:
Dr. John D. G. McAdam as Chairman
Alan J. Brown as Chief Executive
Andy M. Ransom as Executive Director, Corporate Development
All three new Executives join the group from ICI, a global chemical and paints company recently acquired by Netherland based multi-national Akzo-Nobel
Together with Andrew McFarlane, the Chief Financial Officer, they will form the new Senior Board Leadership team for Rentokil Initial plc.
