Recognition and awards

Quality of service, efficiency and providing value for money are fundamental. Our dedication to maintaining and raising service standards brings us regular recognition in the form of customer commendations, awards and certifications.

Awards

As a business Initial has received several awards that attest to our excellence.

We raise standards in washrooms by sponsoring major events like the “Loo of the Year Awards”, which promotes hygienic washrooms for all across the country. Our contribution has helped many of our customers receive an award in recognition of their washroom hygiene. Previous winners include P&O Irish Sea.

Initial Washroom Solutions have been awarded the RoSPA (Royal Society for Prevention of Accidents) Gold Award in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

We also are a British Toilet Association Champion Member, campaigning for better public toilets for all.
